i'm not dead! no really, i swear.
look at me. see? i'm right here. biggrin

guess what i've been up to..... WORKING!!
not only at the bookstore, but i am now also a proud (well, mostly) representative of zumiez. who's not punk rawk? oh wait, that'd be me. AND every other gap wearing middle class suburban kid that shops there. oh well, i applied there because they'd be down with my body mods and so far so good. i can't complain.

i feel like there is so much to tell about what i've been up to, but at the same time, i'm at a total loss for words.

my summer living situation is looking less grim. i have roommates and together we've found maybe the raddest apartment in this town. we've already checked it out and submit applications. now it's just up to the landlords to get back to us. *fingers crossed* as far as the fall goes, it's all up in the air again. roommates come and go, but my roommates all come and go before i've even moved in with them. bagh! i'm not too concerned though. i've got a couple months to figure it out.

as i mentioned before, the job sitch is working out and working in abundance. i worked something close to 56 hours last week. nuts... zumiez is pretty cool (THANK YOU BOOJIBOY), but it's kind of blowing my mind. i'm the only girl there, which hasn't made too much of a difference, BUT it may in the future. also, not only have i never really worked clothing retail before, but i've NEVER worked in such a competitive environment. i've really had to kick it up a notch, but little by little, i'm getting it figured out. problem #1. i have to buy clothes from the store to wear to work. problem #2. i'm finding WAY too many things that i want to buy!! blast. lol...

other than work and rent, about the only other big thing in my life has been the boy. we just passed the 5 month mark the other day which was pretty cool. didn't do anything exciting though. six is coming up though, and SOMETHING cool had better happen. tongue

i'm going to throw this one out again. i rented and watched 'the dentist' the other night trying to locate the elusive movie scene which left such an impression in my memory. let me recall it for you.
it involved a young boy, who had just been to a dentist. the dentist had put ridiculously big and ornate headgear on him. a total metal mouth. somehow this kid ended up in a dogpound and realized that because of the headgear, he could hear dog's thoughts. the dogs were talking about revolution, and if i remember correctly, they had french accents. they realized that the kid could hear them and attacked him. i think the last shot of the kid was a bloody leg stump.
sound familiar to anyone?

i'm starving, but i just ordered a pizza. thank god for papa john's online ordering.
biggrin
i missed a birth control pill on sunday so i've been all hormonal and weird since then. ugh. not that you wanted to know.
what else? oh yeah, i stretched my ears the other day and now i'm sporting cool blue glass spirals. and no they don't make me look like a raver, you can all go to hell.

aight, i'd better jet, but be sure to check out my candid pics section. i'm going to add more.

Me and Assmoney (see me pics) work for Zumiez sorta, we get paid to go plowing through all the stores when their snowboard stock comes in, and teach all the sales staff, all the lingo, all the new stuff for the season, and about what they will be selling so they aren't total dunces about it, but only in Minniesota, but if you need to know anything holla at mebiggrin

As far as horror movie suggestions right now, all I can think about is "28 Days Later" directed by Danny Boyle, the guy that did "trainspotting, shallow grave, life less ordinary". It will fucking rock socks! Comes out friday.

Good luck on the new apartment!biggrin

gold digger...not quite. hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!! it should be a requirement for all of us to have a pic of yourself as a kid picking your nose. that shit never gets old as far as i'm concerned. i used to take the pill (for about 4 years ages 16-20 or so) and it was wonderful, but i can't take it anymore. gave my mom a stroke, and had me on my way towards one. grrr. i bring this up because if you are so sensitive to it...i wonder if you too could have troubles? fuckin cramps were terrible yesterday (something the pill eradicated completely...bless its soul) but as usual, after 6 hours exactly, they went away. what i need is something to knock me out for precisely six hours.

don't get pregnant (i mean, unless you want to),

Thursday the Suicide Goddess responded to my profile. So, true to my word, I will now pray for her…..

….Oh God of Debauchery, may Thursday receive her new apartment well and have many wild parties and partake in the pleasures of alcohol; and any other mood altering drugs she may desire.
…May her new job bring her much $$$ and allow her the freedom to explore the finer of life’s pleasures: in your name…..

*sacrifices a goat*

Amen

So what the heck is Zumiez? I don’t think they have those in the Mid-west. Of course there could be like fifty of them here: Micah hasn’t been to the mall in like two years. Mall people creep me out.

Congratulations on the jobs. Money is hard to come by.

Angel Heart starred Robert De Niro, Mikey Rourke and Lisa Bonet. It's a good flick if you like dark stories. I won't spoil it for you if you haven't seen it.
