Not smoking is pretty bad, but it gets better every day Im four weeks out now, dont worry bout the ciggie and a half, put it out of your mind. I've only had a few cravings today which is such a difference.!!

You have to find something to confuse tyou when the cravings get hardcore you will need something to keep your mouth and hands occupied...I'm actually pretty sure you'll have no trouble with this.

I can definitely relate to the addictive power of vices...this damn computer is my vice...whether it's video games or chatting or posting on stuff like this ...I always keep coming back (and sometimes it's not good for me, well...at least not good for my marriage )

I think we all have something like that... I do that with eating. Sugar specifically. I broke down today and had a milkshake...now I feel like hell, but it was so damn tasty!!

good luck quiting, i quit 3 years ago, rough for the first couple weeks. get past a month and you should be good. a lot of it is mental, and i'm mental, so it worked out ok

I've never smoked, but I've seen how difficult it can be to stop. My sister has been trying for ages (she's been chewing Nicorette for about 2 years now...is that any better??). I'm really pulling for you...hang in there.

Not smoking is one of the worst things in the world. What kind do you smoke?.....marlboro reds for me.

I tend to skip class way too much too....I missed my one class for about two weeks and when I went to it the teacher made a big deal out of me actually being there and asked me where I had been. I think he expected me to say I had been sick or out of town or something, but I just looked up at him, shrugged and said, "I've been having some trouble getting out of bed." I think it kinda surprised him.
