I've been back to work for 2 weeks since my month of multiple vacations and I'm finally getting back into my old workaholic self. I'm trying way hard to keep a balance and it tough but going pretty well so far, I just need to actively work at it. I wanted to give you guys a little peek into my work since thats where I spend the majority of my time.
This is my desk. I have since decorated it with bat garland for Halloween so it looks a bit different, but most of the time it looks like this.
We have different quotas and such to meet, and they track it on a giant dry erase board so everyone can see. Guess who has sold 0 funeral packages for the month?...
Even though I work Saturdays, I've been taking my lunch early to go to the local market.

Vegas was both fabulous and enlightening. The wedding was beautiful and I totally got choked up. It's such a milestone, a transition in life and I was honored to be a part of it. I made an album with most of the pics I got. I didn't include all of them, ya know, what happens in Vegas stays there. Check them out here!

... I am ready for my new chapter as well. Coming home to Sacramento this time was a fantastic feeling. It has never felt like home to me until now. The feeling as I touched down in the plane was one of releif, it was damn good to be home. I have a new schedule, I'll be off Tues/Wed now. This limits the opportunities I have to do things somewhat. As not as much happens during the week but I'm looking forward to making he best of it. There's a Dub Step night every other Tuesday I'm looking to check out. I also sense apple picking and cider drinking in my future.
First day of Autumn is September 23...

We arrived at the Biltmore Thursday evening...
Its such a beautiful resort, I can't believe they let us hellions take over every year...
Its so nice to be with good company and reunited with far away friends.
There was much meat candy to be had during hungover breakfasts.
Trekka and Aldremech
I tried to make a bloody mary but the drink mix we got had horseradish in it and it was disgusting!
I couldn't let that bacon garnish go to waste!
Aldremech got some nice work done on Friday and Saturday by Dane, who also stopped by our room for some chill time afterward.
I got a custom drawn on coozie from him at the convention too but I left in in Trekka's bag so its on a trip to Fresno at the moment.
Dejah graced us with her lovely presence.

I got tattooed on Saturday by Tony Klett from Love and Hate Tattoo. We finished my squid vs. shark thigh piece.
We still have some little things to add but its pretty much done.
We met Chet Zar and we fortunate enough to check him out during wet paint. The art was by far my favorite thing about the convention this year. There were some amazing artists and it was neat to watch them pain and draw live for Wet Paint and Art Fusion.
Blanch and I
I finally got my copy of Beauty Redefined! I got a lot of signatures but tragically missed Cherry and Radeo. I was able to meet Sawa whom I admire and that was an experience. She was incredibly sweet. It was neat seeing all of the girls who came out this year, everyone was super cute.
norritt gave me the fan art. He is so sweet!
I wasn't able to shoot any sets during HC but I did shoot for quite a few magazines so keep a look out for that and I may start modeling for H2Ocean.
I'm back home now healing and trying to adjust to life again. I don't start work until Wednesday and I only have 7 work days until I leave to go to Vegas for Mummifier's wedding.
Summer can finally be over because HC has come and gone, and Autumn is my favorite season. I know its big around here on SG so we should all get in the spirit

Like much of you, I was not able to attend San Diego Comic Con, which made this weekend a little tough thinking about the fun that was being had there. I took the advice given on SuicideGirls Blog and had my own Comic Con weekend.
First was a night of drinking, weed icecream, and GTA 4. Like how I have the cheats up on the computer and the police helicopter on the screen?!
Then came
I went to the dispensary and behold, there was Skywalker OG! I had to get some to try, it was a new strain at this shop.
I had also been wanting to see Walking Dead since Patton told me about it atHell Ohio Comic Con, Aldremech had told me a lot about it as well... I like it a lot so far, I can't wait to see where it goes.
And then there was Batman XXX - It was an experience for sure - Seeing to chicks go down on the Joker, a girl get butt fucked by Riddler and Batman get date raped by some broad at a bar was terribly odd yet exhilarating.
On another note... I managed to get in some sun bathing.
People have been saying things about my pale complexion at work so I'm trying to make it so they don't bother me or make really weak jokes. Theres also talks of photo set shoots in the works so I gotta get working on my body. The diet had been going really well, I have to get to exercising more. I'm loosing muscle as well as fat and thats bad. I have been feeling weak and can't life as much as before. I have to manage to commit...
My bridesmaid dress for Mummifier's wedding came in the mail!
She's getting married on 9/10/11 in Vegas and I'm so happy and excited to share this with her!
Hell City is on its way too!
I'll be getting my leg worked on and I can't wait to see my SGAZ family! I miss them constantly. I also can't wait to see my lovely Ohio ladies and others that will be traveling from a far. So many exciting this happening!!!

I have been doing my daily tarot reading with an iPhone app.
I love this one I got the other day. Very fitting.
Work has been crazy busy. I had 60 hours last week which is great because I need the money but it makes me so tired. I'm so glad I got my 2 days off. I've been playing the corporate game and it seems to be working. I won't go into details or the drama but I think things may be looking good for me. It will require me to do some work for free and sacrifice some time but its worth it. The higher up I can go the less actual work I'll have to do and the more money I'll make.

Hey you crazy kids! Time has been moving so fast - we all need to remind ourselves to slow down a bit and try to enjoy things. My job has been busy and drama filled but I've been pushing to get out and take care of myself.
I've been on a low carb, lots of veggies and protein diet and I've been doing really well. If only I could manage to work out and hoop more. I've committed to going to Trekka's for hooping on a weekly basis and doing yoga on my weekends off. I have only managed to do one or the other over the last month. YES!!! I hope this keeps happening, its so exciting to spice it up! I really liked the concept that AnnaLee proposed about having SG's, photographers and particular members pick their favorite sets to go live. I couldn't imagine just narrowing it down to 4, what a tough task.
Now that I've gotten that off my chest time to fill you in on my 'secret'
Aldremech had this brilliant idea to fly me home for the SGAZ Salt River Tubing Adventure and not tell anyone so they would be surprised. Well the tubing trip fell through and it turned out we had to tell folks to be able to plan some fun shit to do. I got to tell the family when they were all at our favorite bar and they literally passed the phone around so I could hear how happy everyone was to see me. That was such a wonderful feeling, I felt honored to be loved so much.

It was a much needed break for me to go home and spend time with the people I love the most. It left me feeling renewed and re-motivated to live life. I feel like now this weird transitory period of my life may be on its way out and a sense of stability will settle in.
