What a weekend!

On Friday night I caught up with Cherrytrash We were gonna discuss plans for the big US trip, but her friend was very ill Poor kitten.

I need to make a list of everything and everyone I wanna see in CA. I'm also hoping to hit up Vegas.

Later that night I went out and did some social photography for Scene Magazine.

On Saturday we had a gigantic birthday type celebration thingy for several kittens, including my house mate Rook. It started as a bbq in the park.

Later that night we headed to ScarlettJen's place to watch the River Fire!

After the fireworks it was over to S_Eldorado's for shenanigans!

Cherrytrash, Lockeblade and I went to a Metal gig last night. Ittttttt was ok. I mainly went cuz I wanted to hang with Chez and Cawlin.

So.. I'm coming to America

Cherrytrash and I will be heading to LA! Fingers x'd RubyFoo can make it also.

We're looking at arriving in the last week of October, and leaving sometime after my birthday, which is 8th Nov.

I'm really stoked!!

In other news, last Friday I was made redundant immediately. I will be receiving a rather large payout from those cunts, which makes me very happy, and I won't need to take out a loan to go to America.

I also have a job interview this Thursday. They're really excited to meet me. Hopefully (if I get the job) they will let me go to America on my holiday, otherwise I will be turning the job down.

Stopped by Hastings Point on the way home. This is where Dah and I used to camp for 6 weeks over summer each year.

I had a pretty awesome weekend away camping. I'll post photos later this week.

Now that I'm home, I feel awful again.

I have that same kicked in the guts feeling, that I've had over the last fortnight or so. I want that feeling gone.. and I don't know what it's going to take to get rid of it!

Prior to going on my almost god awful holiday.. Cherrytrash, Dah, Ante & I went and saw the Dark Knight!

Most of you know that Canberra didn't go so well, so we'll skip straight to Sydney.

I woke Cherry on the Saturday morning to tell her I'd arrived in Sydney. Headed out to e1e and Helly's place. Nestled into a spot on their couch for a few days.

It was just what I needed.

I got to see Cherry get more ink done on her chest. Met Timmo and Abs.

e1e had a gig at a cafe at the Rocks..

Went to Sexpo..

The next day..

Cherry and I stayed at an apartment in the city for our last night..

Cherry and I went for a walk down to Darling Harbour before our flight home..

Saw a guy wandering around the city in quite possibly the coolest jacket EVER..

So.. Canberra...

Didn't go as well as I'd hoped.

The person I went to see treated me like shit and has made me feel completely gutted.

On the other hand, I did get to catch up with SickOrSane, who was nothing but lovely to me and was great company.

Got to meet Frankai and his girlfriend. Both sweethearts.

If I could sum up my trip to Canberra in three words, it would be:

Cold, Gutted, Disappointing

I've left Canberra.

I'm in Sydney now.

I don't know what I'm doing.. I don't really care.

We also went to the markets, then picked up Daeos for a pub lunch.
