Yup, birthday girl here! Out with the old and in with the new. Enough with the beta versions, I'm 3.0 as of tomorrow!

I'm giving my back a break from sanding the floors in my new bedroom and sulking just a bit. The past month and a half has taken it's toll on my health.

But then again, after breaking up a 5 year live-in relationship, losing my health insurance, being totally screwed in college (I'm seriously considering a one year break) and having to house hunt and move all on my own (well, mostly on my own - I'm doing all the heavy lifting), what did I expect? And yeah, I don't have much of a steady income.
.
I can't remember the last time my body has sabotaged me like this. Cold sores, swollen lymph nodes, uti's, you name it.
.
But there are good things. I'm involved in a couple new projects and hoping for more. Dr. Sketchy's and e-music, and all kinds of things.
.
I'm moving in with a girl I found on the web. I was looking for a room to rent and ended up finding someone with a shitload of friends in common. And a white baby boxer called Sunshine.
.
So now I have my own room in a house (yeah, a house!) in Pompeia, 15 minutes from the subway. And my entire body hurts.
.
I have a world to unpack. But first I gotta finish the floors (I'm sanding to re-glue the wooden blocks in place, fill the gaps with wood filler and varnish) and put my furniture back together.
.
I got tons of papers due this week I haven't started, a new blog to write for (paid gig), a big gig on saturday in Rio and a hair event on Sunday.
.
And life to figure out.

I miss sex. Damn self-sabotaging body.
