Hello my Sirens and Mermaids,

So the good part about being SGs token fat girl is that I get away with having opinions. Unlike the poor 18 year old brunettes who still have high hopes of sets being bought (good luck kids)

What Sg is doing to staff photographers is bullshit, and the fact that they fired 2 of the 3 official photographers who will shoot diverse body types and to be perfectly frank, girls of color.

ScottSmallin shot my favorite bought set of mine, he is sweet and smart and kind and clever and strong. But sweet and gentle as a tame circus bear. Nobody who gets a chance should miss a chance to meet this good man.

Lorelei shoots the most beautiful and loving sets of all women's bodies. She made me feel like a goddess. And I hope that every woman gets to see how she looks through her lens.

I hate it when this site treats people like shit. If I was paying money to be here, I would stop right now.

It's a shame that SG is now slowly catering to the more conventional main stream ideal's of beauty. I don't want to just see skinny, white girls with maybe one or two tattoo's or maybe a nose ring, I want to see girls from all over the world, of every shape, color, ect.

I am so with you. Lorelei shot not only my maternity pics, but also family pictures. I loved her so much, she made me feel like a beautiful women while pregnant, and worked wonders capturing pictures of my kids. I will pay to work with her any time I can. She's amazing and a real loss to SG (a site which I no longer have interest in).

it's a shame that in the throws of planning shoots with both amazing photographers....SG does this to them. Not only do they shoot different body types, but they are also quite accessible to any girl in the south so long as their professional and personal schedules match up. Not a lot of girls have a lot of money to blow on traveling to and paying another staff photographer to do their sets...it's just unreal. The amount you end up paying total doesn't get replaced by the not-guaranteed-chance-your-set-will-be-purchased situation.

And now, of the four staff photogs they "let go" Darryl and writeboy have been given their staff titles back, while Scott and lorelei, who I find much more interesting and diverse, are still left with nothing
