I've been thinking about this ancient show "Mad about you". Have you seen it? I can't see it objectively anymore, I have such a crush on the relationship between the married main characters
Helen Hunt, though sexy in a coltish genius Kathrine Hepburn way, isn't my type. Paul Reiser is anti sexy on his own, but together?
This show made it so that I wanted to grow up and get married and live in a city and have a adorable dog and witty banter and sex in my kitchen.

i used to watch this with my parents when i was small 
it was our thursday evening ritual when we lived in Johannesburg to make a pot of tea and have crispbread with jam and watch it after my sister had been put to bed. probably my most familial, and positive memory of time with my parents.
