Always interesting to hear the gossip about waht the unwashed masses think about SG

I always hear about the burlesque shows, and how burlesque has been making a huge come back these past 6 or so years. With a new style and everything.
I hope to go to one eventually.

It's really too bad about those ridiculous things people say...unfortunately I geuss the perverted stuff is to be expected since this site is so popular. We know not everyone that hears about it understands the ideas behind it, or the power it can have on people's lives. All they see is naked girls.

I've been sort of waiting to randomly come across an SG's account of being in the crowd at one of these events. Ya know, get an idea of what happens offstage; partially because hearing those sorts of things can really ruin a show for me. By that I mean the audience being insulting, can potentially ruin any type of show for me. so i'm glad i happened upon your entry.

Well, pervs will be pervs, and whenever there's nudity involved, some of the folks will be pervs. Not that it's really acceptable, but it's just one of those constants of society, kinda. Cool to get the crowd's perspective, though.....sssssssecrets, my precious....

did people approach you when they recognized you?

ive always wondered what people say when they spot an SG...mostly cause i know i would be all lame "um hey, um, yeah, LATERS!!" then i would run off. especially if it was you and friday. *swoon*

i saw you and friday and her boy. i think i made an honest attempt to try and say hi. even with some liquid courage i failed miserably. some people call it being shy, i'm convinced i'm socially retarded. so if i didn't in fact say hi, then....hi, how are you? if there is a next time at some future gathering i'll build up the courage and say hi in person
