The best thing ive learnt about being at your lowest, is that it can only ever get better, it won't always be like that. I won't lie, to say to forget is easier just sweep it under the carpet and carry on but the satisfaction you feel when you beat that feeling you will never be what you want to be, is pretty bloody amazing. One thing is never to give up hope or faith. Both pull you through every challenge in life, without this i dont think i could be sat here typing this. i think if you can dream it you can most likely achieve it if you believe in yourself enough, people will always come and go people will always help you but the only person you should rely on is yourself. You need to get out of bed everyday , you need to keep going you need the hope to achieve the dreams. Someone is always going to break your heart, friends come and go, the truth will always hurt, but you learn who is worth it and who isn't.There is never a future from the past, but you can learn from it and become a better person.

really good to look back on doesnt seem like i wrote it, had a really crap year this year followed by a heart wrenchin break up just before xmas.

So just an update blog , nothing really new :] im still full of a cold, but im working my ass off for christmas!

So amazing news i made front page! and im getting better after bein ill! woopy!
but even more amazin news. last week i was filmed for the new SILENT SCREAMS video that will be released soon i had amazin time shooting it was cold and i was in 2 skimpy dresses ! but the atmosphere was amazin and i didnt think i could act!
