Just a little thoughtful blog today had a very reflective day, was on you tube listening to a song when a soldier reunited video comes up of them coming home to their family. personally its the hardest thing ever i went through ti when an ex boyfriend was in the army and a childhood friend came home from afghan and its the best feeling to see them again, i applied for the army this year and rejected on medical grounds was devistating.

so just a big fat appreciative message to all you beautiful brave people in the armed forces keep safe and do us all proud. <3 <3 <3

I understand. I have my best friend who just returned to the Air Force. It feels weird to know that he is leaving :s

I have a friend who was in Iraq. He came back safe and sound to his family, which just made me incredibly happy for him, his wife and his daughter.
I always remember him on Remembrance Day.

I'll join you in sending a giant appreciative message to all the soldiers who risk their lives for their country and to their families as well.

Sucks to hear about you being rejected, though. Perhaps you can try again later.

The story mentioned by Scargatta is really sad... Though I'm glad to see it has a happy ending.

As someone who is currently deployed overseas, we appreciate it.

Still serving And still proud, thanks for what you do though, it may not seem that important to some of you girls, but you do a lot of good for a lot of us soldiers smile
