I come back home after 10 days working in Naples as Production Assistent for the show Glutton for Punishment. Naples hosted the annual World Pizza Cup, the largest celebration of pizza in the world. Bob blumer, the protagonist, learned in 5 days how to roll, toss, stretcht and bake pizza using only local ingredients. Side trips included visits to ingredient sources such as buffalo mozzarella, tomato and olive oil producers.
