Anyways, not been up to much lately. Looks like I am probably shooting a new set at the weekend with Holley and I think you guys are going to love the theme! Got some more tattoos planned for my legs, now just need to the money to make them a reality.
More exciting update soon but now I'll leave you with the song of my now!
Basically there's loads bugging me. Spoilered for the sanity of readers:
Anyways, in other stuff. Frickin loving the new Doctor Who series. Went to see Thor and that was pretty awesome too. Watched Rubber, which was disappointing and onto Series 5 of 30 Rock, which is constantly epic! I've shot for a new tattoo book called London Tattoos that won't be out for ages but I am super excited about and the last one I shot for, Ink and Blood is out now (and is cheesy as fuck with hideous fake tattoos included but I got paid so whatever!)
As I am in a totally strange frame of mind and not feeling I'd make any sense with any more I might type, here is something that always makes me feel better. The louder the better!
Sorry about that, I promise a better blog next time
We're all moved and pretty much settled and I am loving it!
Well I am sitting on a big fat comfy sofa and watching Dr Who series 5, what's not to love?!
So I may be broke and spending far too much of my time comparing prices of bed frames, wardrobes and such (kitchen, bathroom and living room are sorted but the bedroom is currently a pit!) and I may be constantly a contast exhausted mess but life is pretty good. I just need to balance work and fun now, then I'll be sorted!
I did make it out for a bit on Saturday to Kapow comic book convention and sat in on the awesome Q&A with Mark Gatiss. He's a fascinating guy who's done stuff for The League of Gentlemen, Dr Who and the new bbc version of Sherlock Holmes. Fascinating guy!
I've also set myself a couple of challenges for the next year (ish)
1) Ride a horse - they scare me...therefore I should sit on one and stop being a big girly pants!
2) Write a book / collection of short stories - I have a couple of ideas already so it's about time I started putting them down somewhere. I've written a few books when I was about 15-20 but I always ended up deleting them for one reason or another. Anyone got any advice?
Anyways, that's all the non-stuff I''ve been doing. Don't forget this is still in MR:
Squee - Craving

And I almost forgot...has anyone read any of the kids books written by Morpurgo? I saw him give a lecture a while ago and would really like to read something of his but wasn't sure which one to start with. War Horse maybe?
My Twitter!
Anyways, I have no idea how long it'll take to get the internet sorted, so I applogise if I kinda disappear a little bit. I'll try and keep up-to-date!
I've pretty much spent the last week working or packing stuff up into boxes or bags. Piles for rubbish, recycling, charity shops, ebay and taking with me. It's been quite a cleansing feeling. One load I couldn't throw away, is my collection of cyber crime / cracking (hacking) books, paperwork and cds from back in the mid-90's. They are a bit hysterical now, to look back on what 'cutting edge' technology I craved and would beg borrow or steal to get my mitts on. From my old rumble back pack that pulsed vibrations through you during fight games, key stroke recorders, card generators, to books on unix systems I got out from the library and re-typed word for word, just so I had my own copy forever. Computers kept me sane at a time in my life where I had little else. At one point I was so ill I was virtually bed bound. I couldn't walk down the stairs as I didn't have the energy and my parents would take my medications with them when they left the house just incase I did anything 'silly.' Not something I'd ever really thought about at such a young age but I guess they must have thought it was a possibility. I lost a lot of friends due to me not attending school for extended periods of time. Computers became my sanctuary. So even though these books could bring back some terrible memories, they really don't. I look on them like old friends and even though they're completely out of date and rather musty, I can't imagine getting rid of them.
I'm guessing it's not only me that has strange emotional connections to inanimate objects. What's yours?
In other news, I got my ticket to Kapow Comic Con that's on in a couple of weeks and I am super excited. I've never been to anything like it before and it sounds like it's going to be pretty impressive. Hopefully I can add Stuart Lee to my list of pretty famous people I have inappapropriately touched in a crowd! he he
And just incase your guys haven't seen it, here's the teaser for the new series of Dr Who that starts at Easter. Yay!
And if you're a fan, you should check out The Naked Scarf podcast by TheQuestion and Secretary.
Last but not least...I've almost given up hope of this getting front page, there's just so many gorgeous ladies in member review right now and so many new ladies going pink. But if you have a spare moment, Click here to check out my set in MR!

Just looking at it brings back some really nice memories of speed walking around the back streets of London with Holley, trying to find the location. I have the a similar sense of direction to a drunk, blind hyper puppy with a broken compass, so not an easy feat! Then we had to whip off at top speed to meet up with some of the uk sg's and some of the us sg's who were over with Sean. Such a fun evening. Which ended in a night/week of craving a sausage roll...thanks to Holley!
As for other business, I was a super lucky lady this weekend and Vortext treated me to a surpise day out in London. I had a few ideas where he could be taking me but I was so so happy when it was The Doctor Who Experience!
I've watched it on and off since Eccleston took over in 2005 but have totally adored it since Matt Smith took over. I think he's perfect as Doctor Who and Amy Pond is great (especially compared to the Catherine Tate character :puke

Hmm, so what else?
I am currently looking forward to seeing this Brtitish movie, although I don't think it's out for a while yet.
And after reading my edwardian and victorian ghost stories, I've truly taken a shine to Edgar Allan Poe. His words are so dark and hypnotic, especially for the era. So next time I have any spare funds (maybe by 2020), I'm going to treat myself to this. It's beautiful!

I did end up going to A&E about my thumb in the end, even though it felt like a waste of time. They told me it looks like I dislocated it and it had gone straight back in. They're hoping the numbness is down to bruising of the nerve and hopefully I haven't trapped the nerve, otherwise they'll have to pop it out again apparently. Yuck. But it already feels quite a bit better after a week. No where near normal but hopefully it'll be back to normal in another week. But after sitting in the hospital I was truly shocked at the amount of parents who had dragged there kids in there with scrapes. Literally! One had sraped his chin, another grazed her nose. Who goes to hospital for a graze! Maybe it's just the way I was brought up. I needed to be sitting in a pool of blood, puking to pass out or have a bone showing to go there when I was a kid.
Anyway, rant over! Here's my fave internet pics of the last couple of weeks!

Now, go look at boobs.
