How is something that hot "embarrassing", semi- or not...?
A friend of mine swears by pole dancing as a form of exercise, and I can see why she thinks it works.

You're such a fantastic pole artist. World class, in fact and a true beauty in motion.

That is honestly one of my favorite songs by Sade and I have never seen it done so seductively. I loved the sequence when the saxophone solo hit...I'm sure the final product is that much more intense...I need a cigarette right now

Isn't dancing to Sade almost cheating? I get a hard-on in the grocery store when that song comes on.

(But now, when I go shopping, I will probably be thinking about pole-dancing.)
