I’m sure there is an implant group, I would ask in there and possibly talk to a doctor if it’s really bothering you.

I dont have the boobies, but everyone i know had that problem when they either started working out again (muscles tightened up) Or they hadn't been massaging them.. keeping those muscles stretched out. And yes, call your doctor.

I have a few female friends with implants only one i have heard of discomfort was silicone hers started to cause pressure on her chest. Best advice would be a visit to the surgeon who did the implants. Hopefully things work out for you

are yours under or over the muscle?
the only i can think of is scar tissue build up.

Number one you should go get checked out by a doctor but another thing you can do in the mean time is type your symptoms into webmd.com to get an idea of what could be going on.
