other stuff:
last night, I
sauteed some onions in olive oil, then added some turmeric, red curry, garam masala, little fish oil, light coconut milk, black pepper, dash of soy. cut in some water chestnuts and yellow squash. let that simmer and thicken. then in a second pan i fried up some orange and green hot peppers in oil. sauteed ground turkey in that so it got infused with heat. then recombined. on quinoa. which is a crazy, crazy protein that i can't recommend highly enough.
there are some good moments on the new girl talk. he samples fugazi's waiting room.
