Wows ... time goes quick when your having fun! ... or something like that!!!
I'm off for a whole week of snowboarding soon ... in fact next week ... which means I may well get my yearly birthday wish of snow on my birthday! Do not let me down oh god of mountain weather. I demand to make snow angels on my birthday and nothing less
!!! Or at least get on a little bit of powder and learn to ride properly!
I shall conquer you drag lifts, I shall ... first I need to conquer chair lifts ... which sounds fairly harsh on a snowboard ... but hey that's what crash pants are for!! Viva extra-padding!
Other than that things are coasting along ... plans are coming together, heading up to 29 years old seems to be going not too badly at the moment. Not freaking out about 1 more year to 30 .... hell 29 is the new 19. Apparently.
I'm in dire need of some new reading and listening material .... for travelling and for riding ... so recommend me something awesome to read on the plane and something great to ride down a mountain on ... pleeeeeeeeease!

Following on from yesterday ... maybe the world is normal and I am indeed the strange one.
All I need now is some hot chocolate, a blanket and some kleenex to get over my cold ... and more internet time.
Plus getting the boiler and shower fixed would also be an amazing thing.

In fact I've not even written cards .... aggggggggggggggh which means I've missed final posting to the US and Australia ... darn stupid busy job, on darn stupid industrial estate that has no BLODDY SHOPS OR POST BOXES.

Good things are happening in the land of 'Nopey ... good things I can't mention, but that are truely awesome! Happiness and joy ... something I've never felt right down deep in my soul ... and now I kinda do, and it's kinda awesome. Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

I can officially say ... learning to snowboard is going to take me a long time.... but hell do I love it .... apart from the searing muscular pain running through absolutely every part of my body. Yes, I managed to land on my tailbone twice at highspeed ... now I'm walking like an 80 year old cowboy. But I can't wait to get back on my board again
