Shay is kinda the queen in Vancouver she does it on the regular so I felt special that she asked me to help her out, you would have had to been a dummy to pass up on the opportunity to rock the mic with her...

Im performing again on my birthday which will be tons of fun. I started practicing on the regular & getting mentored three times a week working on my flow, pitch control and studying the classics.

I'm really excited for this set to hit review! I'm already looking forward to going back to California in the end of November... 12th to the 18th. Have a few shoots lined up and get to see some good friends again!
DJ Mehdi passed away this month, I am a bit of a sucker for music that pumps out of France. It was probably the saddest news to hear that he is gone but I do know his legacy lives on through his music and that I must say is a very beautiful thing.
Cheri my new partner in crime has been m.i.a as of late... being a big deal or something in Italy shooting a music video as the lead female and in London right now with a whole bunch of sexy girls being dreamboats or some shit. 
it will be good to have her back, im kinda feeling like half of me is gone, we always have the best adventures so it will be fabulous to have her back!!
Started my 90 day gym challenge this week. so far four workouts in three days... I am so content with the weight I lost and am really excited to tone up and see what I'll look like at the end of it.
