It's a dream setting for an unsettling set you show here! And the gypsy must forget herself if she wants to be forgotten about. Let the mind travel to where the heart leads.

I suspect you already have a wanderer's soul. That's a big step toward gypsy. But if you left I'd be sad, And scarves and flowing dresses would so suit you.

Strangely enough, I have had this exact same thought. I'm just not sure how to go about it.

I've been thinking about this idea since summer started. I think everybody should wander and just explore and have an adventure in our lives, but so many of us never do.

get a VW van and start driving. stop when you want, leave when you want. people do it all the time, you just have to learn to let go of everything in your life right now.

it's easy enough. go from place to place. don't stay long enough that people know you but keep around enough to give them a memory to lose. Just make no real impressions and get the best of everything.

apparently there is some show on TLC about gypsies. a coworker of mine was telling me about it. i have no idea what time, but consider it research oh and i haven't checked to see if my phone had a timer. i'll have to look into that!!

i'm showing my age here, but in the mid 90's i traveled around the country in a VW vanagon for a couple years. i barely had any money and it was trying at times, but i wouldn't trade the experiences for the world. good luck on your quest!

Leave... Take only the possesions you can comfortably carry and let fate be your guide. Trust yourself and carry pepper spray (for predators, 2 legged and 4 legged.) Live to love and love to live. Whatever you do check in with someone routinely so they know your alive or update a Facebook page. Nothing worse then an over concerned friend or relative reporting you missing when your not. If you take a car make sure you can afford to lose it. Cars become expensive to keep up with when you are without an income.
If your not 100% positive then leave a couple hundred dollars with someone you trust so if you need to get home quick they can western union it to you anywhere in the country or even canada. Insurance is a life saver.
