So, it is my turn to tell you 20 random facts about myself. Thank you, Albertine. I love that girl.

Hmmm...

1. When I was a very young girl I had a lisp. My elementary school put me in a speech class because my S's sounded like Th's. It went away. But it's not like I was a retard folks, I was also an honors student and state identified gifted.
2. When I was a very young girl I also had a big crush on Prince. I watched Purple Rain everyday after school.
3. When I was a young girl, I would fake being sick so I could stay home and rearrange my room. I used to rearrange it ALL THE TIME. I don't know how my little girl body moved all of that furniture around.
4.My parents are from the midwest, but I was born and raised in Los Angeles. But despite the fact that I am a California native, many people always think that I have some sort of foreign accent. I don't get it.
5. I probably have OCD. I am an anal neat freak. I always have something on my mind.
6. I am a liver. I love to live life and make the most of it. That's pretty much what the "LIVE FAST" on my knuckles means.
7. I am the singer in a grindcore(?) band called Watch Me Burn. We are not just grindcore though, it ranges from doom, to crust, to avant garde something or other.
8. My pet peeves are people who wear sunglasses at night to look cool, and most recently those cell phone ear inserts- that people wear even when they are not on the phone because they think it looks cool. Really it looks stupid.
9. I found the love of my life.
10. He just said my next fact should be that "I'm crazy."
11. I have lived every lifestyle from extremely poor to a mansion on the top of the hill. I think this has made me well rounded and put my priorities in place.
12. I get cold really easily. I love the heat.
13. I love to travel. But I also always love to come back home.
14. I am in a union called the Internaional Cinematographers Guild. (aka Local 600). This is a huge accomplishment for me and feels amazing.
15. I didn't eat meat for 8 years, but I started again 1 year ago. I love a good Filet Mignon now.
16. I hate name droppers and pretentious people.
17. I am my own worst critic.
18. I have high goals for myself, but I don't know how realistic they are. I want to believe in them though.
19. I am extremely passionate about photography and cinematography.
20. Music inspires most of my ideas for images. I am happiest when I am being creative. But, it definately comes in spurts and waves. I just recently had a drought, but the creative juices are flowing again. Now, all I need is more time.
