SANTIANNA SAYS: “I had really wanted to create a veritably ornamental set, something in tandem with the more conventional ideal of artistic nudity in photograph. I had something completely different in mind initially, but with art; we must all learn to adapt, especially if chance brings along something better then we could have come up with!

It took three-hours to get it just right, but it was the most beautiful set I’d done, in my opinion. It strikes me as quite classic 1920, and rather… shall we say… ornamental.”
