SAMANTHA SAYS: “As much as I adore being a chef, some days it's nice to dream "What if..." and revel in girlhood fancy. I've always liked ballet, and am honored to posses a pair of point shoes worn by Patricia Barker. I simply couldn't resist trying them on, and seeing what it's literally like to be in her shoes.
Naturally, between the hard wood and tight masking tape around my toes, feeling the tension ease from my limbs as I loosen up, the thought of those warm, bright stage lights on my skin, and hundreds of pairs of eyes all on me, I started to get pretty hot.
