So it looks like I have to move out pretty soon. I've been looking at gumtree, but I'm not finding anything particularly promising.

I need somewhere to stay, so if anyone I KNOW (no weirdos) can offer me their sofa for a week or two then then would be great.

Wow I hope you find a place to stay for a bit! Obviously I live across the ocean so my couch is not much help at this point (though I could guarantee only my cats would get up close and personal in your face, hahaha)
