Hello lovlies,
Sorry for the lack of attention! I have a new job started a bit less than two weeks ago and it is really intense. I am enjoying it so much though, I am learning loads and doing this I never imagined I would. I have made some lovely new friends and life it pretty awesome at the minute!!
I have been away as well about a month ago now I think, I went with my boy to the country just outside of Oxford. Was so nice to get away from the everyday slog. We did the cheesy romantic bike rides through the country, went to farmers market, found some little old english country pubs next to the River Thames.. We went to Oxford and saw the University and went to a really awesome science museum. I also got to catch up with my cousins, brother, nan and parents, which was really nice because we are all never in the same place at the same time, let alone the same country most of the time!
I have loads of photos to follow... which shows everything better than me waffling on..

Oxford... What a beautiful place, so much history!
Einstein's actual writing on the blackboard! From 1931. This shows Einstein's workings out to show the apparent expansion of the universe due to Hubble's observational work on red shifts showing other galaxies were receding from our own. So cool! I love Spacey stuff.
We also went to the Zoo, I have more pictures to come another day another blog!

I am kind of giving up hope. Too much drama. I thought everyone was equal and supportive. Maybe I am just naive.

You may/may not have heard about the London riots happening recently. My dear friend Secretary has written an article for SG describing what has been happening in our capital and around various other major cities in the U.K.

For me it has brought out the worst in our country, however also the best.
Alas! We have fought back as a community against the mindless trouble makers and looters.
By coming together and cleaning up the streets voluntarily armed with brooms and determination not to let them trample on our countries genuine and good willed citizens.
So, in good old english fashion; Keep calm, Carry on and have a cup of Tea.

I have been thinking a lot lately about how SG has changed my life. I feel that I have made some wonderful friends on here, even if I have never met some of them, also grown closer to old friends too.
I love going to meets in the U.K having an awesome time meeting even more people of the site, but also being able to go hang out with certain people (you know who you are!) without it being an SG event.
I love the support you get here if you want a good old moan, or talk about something you're excited about, even one worded blogs, people still offer their support and share their feelings with you too.
My list of 'people to meet in real life' is never ending and always growing, I hope one day I can meet you all and party our tits off!
Some fun times out in London with Secretary, CreamyGoodness, Fry, Fuzzywizzle, TheQuestion, Mistress_Paine and I got see LaurenZombie briefly got a fondle also the lovely Disco. Just got stupid drunk on two glasses of wine.
