just go to court and represent yourself, when the judge asks for opening statemets. just stand up and say "i got hit by a fucking car, you corprate shit bags, i may be wrong but i think that qualifies as a goddamn emergency situation." then politely look at the judge and with a smirk say "the defence rests." i think they will drop the case after that... if not ill kill them pro-bono for ya...

You might want to look at the Government section of the phone book, make some calls. A lot of states have "victims of violent crime" funds for stuff like this.

Also, if you have friends who work for medicare or health insurance companies, see what they (medicare, insurance comapnies) pay for care like that for people on their plans. Hospitals and Ambulance companies are notorious for jacking the price up on uninsured people (up to 15x in some cases). Get an exact figure toqupte to the hospital, and they will back down quick.

Yes, fuck those greedy ambulance companys. My buddy bruised his tailbone at some ski resort and the staff said that he had to take an ambulance. Well, 823.00 later he's still fighting the charges with his healthcare providers! Fuckem! Nice pics BTW!

The American medical system is frightning. Friends of mine were travelling in the states and got in a Car accident and the Ambulance attendant wanted to know how they were going to pay before hed help them.WTF!!!!!!! You should become a Canadian.
