Post as you please (or not). There is no obligation. You seem to have no difficulty doing what comes naturally and I don't get the feeling that you have any particular agenda that you are anxious to inflict on others (thank goodness) so just post when you feel like you have something to share, or ask, or tell.

Be careful of duty (and its twin guilt) !
For me - duty should come from inside, then should be ignored - unless you have a very good reason to go along. Duty is too often self-coersion, self-correction of what one really feels.
