I got a haircut.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Whatever this day means for you, I'm thankful for my family and friends, and hopefully all of my fellow United States friends have something to be thankful for as well and can reflect and celebrate it today.

I'm going to be enjoying delicious dinner with my family.

I hope you all had a wonderful Halloween!

I had to work most of the day and didn't get to wear my costume at work because I woke up far too late and had to rush out to make it on time.

Parties in the city are too expensive on my student budget. I was happy to go to a friends house, but when we popped out to check out El Circo the cover was $20. So we decided not to shell out the cash and went back to the party. Much gin and tonic was had by me when I returned, so in all a good night.

Not much else to report. I had a chill Halloween this year.

One of the most entertaining live bands I have seen in my life broke up this week.
After 20 years of music Babyland is no more.

I am epically upset because I did not attend their final show when I had the chance. And I lost out on that experience. These guys were so energetic and so entertaining even after all this time. Their show had some of the best pits I've been in. I remember the first time I saw them at the Gillman in Berkeley. It was crazy, and awesome, and I can still remember the taste of aerosol fragrance spray in my mouth and feel it misting on my face as I'm bouncing between sweaty bodies and elbowing teenage boys out of my way. True entertainment.
