i'll be attending this in a few weeks:
the weather is lovely.
cooler, the past couple of days.
i've missed strolling the city with my sweater flowing behind me in the wind
like a cape.
i have finished all of the sewing projects i had in mind for the summer.
a haphazard pile of fabrics and over-sized t-shirts
conquered.
late nights.
early mornings.
sex. beer. weed.
doom. sludge.
bacon. cookies. enchiladas.
astrological musings.
mango juice. berries.
pool swims. porch reads.
six hundred and sixty six pots
of coffee
black as the devil's dick.
(a scintillating young lady with glittery eyelids that once hung around my home used that term one morning and it stuck with me ever since. i was brewing coffee. she was sitting on the floor petting the dog. my roommate was slicing a cantaloupe. it was all very magical.)
and on and on..
etching creatures of the sea into flesh
for that is where i like to be

and the sea
work blows endless cocks to smithereens.
(besides two perks: free bread and kicking it with biggiepgh. )
i amuse myself there by illustrating the sandwich board whenever we sell pulled pork
and then i watch as hundreds of people glare at a spartan pig with google eyes brandishing a bacon shield as if it doesn't even exist. they are clearly all in denial of greatness.
