So this weekend will be busy.

On the agenda, a big 420 rave on friday with a few hundred people... maybe 500 or so. DJ Kamikaze is spinning which is great cause i havent seen him in a while. Although I am on his upcoming record, Observe Exhibit A.








I have to work saturday during the day which will be rough, But will be going that saturday night to see VNV NATION play at the docks. Its been a while since they came around last. I actually stumbled on their afterparty with my best friend on the way back to our hotel. We thought we'd check out where the music was coming from and were let in to their afterparty. I got a backrub from Ronan (the singer) and a few drinks before heading home. I wonder if that will happen again. Highly unlikely. But I'll give it a whirl and let you know how it goes.

oh and then i have to work sunday morning. which will be rougher.

Oh man am I broke now. Got some hard trance on vinyl, still waiting on the Steve Hill remix of Cold as Ice!

Also, checked out the new NIN album, Year Zero. Its good. I was gonna walk away if it wasnt, With Teeth just killed me in so many ways. Although the new stuff sounds just like a beautiful amalgomation of his early synth work and clean like that but with the multi-layering of sounds and organization of The Fragile.

This broad is super-happy.

I'm also happy with my latest print. Its hard to make out due to the scan, but this is a screenprint I did yesterday. I got a solid edition of 12 banged out in 3 hours. This one is not in the edition (it's a little sloppy) but you get the drift.
5 layers, CMYK and an overlayed line drawing. If you held it you might be able to make out the Pomegranate and the splice of a hookworm. Cheers!

Still working hard. Had an awesome day off yesterday, eating chicken sandwiches, drinking beer, watching that Extreme Elimination show from Japan and playing Gauntlet on PS2 (gotta love the hack and slash). What a great way to spend a Friday. Actually I spent it with Chris, the guy who shot my last set and a good friend.

Going to work soon, I have a couple pieces of art I need to get started as assignments, mostly etchings and one lithography design. Im all excited though, so its okay

So not much is new. I've been working like a DOG at school! Pumping out art lik crazy, which is fun in its own way.


I just received a wedding invite and I am so EXCITED to go! My man's best friend is getting married and I'm helping Amy, bride to be, arrange the Paddle Boat theyre holding the reception on. It is going to be beautiful!

*jumps up and down*

you know ive never actually been excited about a wedding before! history in the making i tell you...

My boyfriend has been powering through Prince of Persia 3 on the PS2. Klompa is one of the characters giving him grief as of late. A jawless character, what an inspiration.

So i cant get over how great the pot i obtained a few days ago really is. Supposedly its from the stock that won the Cannabis Cup last year, although the name escapes me. I was never good with names anyhow.
