you know... it could be worse!

zoom image

my skin has totally broken out like im 13 and i'm sick all the time from stress. like vomiting , which is gross but roach is here with the weed to help my tummy at least. any good home remedies for nausea and what appears to be a major break out, possibly worst of all time!!!???
tomorrow im moving all his shit out and all her stuff in. then i'm going to ask gnoosh how to cleanse my home and do that. my hopefully last doctors appointment is tomorrow and i find out if the infection in my heart is all gone! so thats exciting. this past week helped things look up. i had a couple fun sleepovers and did my hair with roach and now i'm going to watch a zombie movie with her on my couch.

Ginger is best for nausea, and when you're sick the easiest way to take it is in tea form, which is easy to make from scratch. cut up some ginger root and simmer it in some water for bout 15 mins. then remove ginger pieces and drink the tea (which you can sweeten up with some honey). Mint also works but it's not as powerful. smile hope you feel better soon.

This is gonna sound incredibly stupid because it probably is, but in the rare occasions when I feel nauseated I just control my breathing and concentrate on that... sometimes it helps, sometimes it don't. But it's worth trying.

Hope your heart is ok, i'm gonna have mine checked soon, it's been ticking a bit wrong for a while.

Ginger tea usually helps me. On the flipside... so does drinking a coca-cola. (Weird, I know.)

Now that the moon is waning, it is a really good time to banish all the nasty, wonky energy that might be hanging around your place. And smudge the heck out of it with sage. And when you feel better, scrub all the yuck away. Of course, all the sweetness from Roach has to be helpin' the healin'. kiss

at the hospital where i work as a nurse, we give our patients this "BRAT" diet of bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. that w/ some ginger ale always settles the stomach. smile hope you feel better.
