Most of my omelettes end up just being scrambled eggs with all of the ingredients mixed. I know they really are the same but every time I flip that omelette it just falls apart.

ya know i have twenty one eggs in my fridge..... cuz i had a dozen and put em in that door thing.. and that was over a month ago.. so i assume theyve gone bad.. i dont know when eggs go bad but im not gonna cook emm.....
so i bought a new dozen and made some hard boiled eggs outta them.. and remembered while eating them. that i also dont like eggs. but damnit i tried!! i had to throw one that i made away cuz i couldnt handle it..
