SG related news first: I am going to be at Wizard World Philly this Sat & Sun working at the SG booth, come out & say hi! (I'll be Captain Hammer Sat & Spider Jerusalem Sunday).



Just this past weekend Milloux came to visit us on the east coast, a lot of us SG's came out to meet her (Spliff, Brooklyn, Eon, Akuma, Auriga, Pesky, Eveski and Co.) much fun was had. We got to Shoot on St. Marks and we also got to hunt down a crackhead phone stealing criminal like Superheros! Also Brooklyn made us her yummy signature mix drink and looked like a cute little alternative pin up Martha Stewart while doing it.

Me and my boy went on a fun little movie date on our 3 year Anniversary on the 5th and got all dressed up, he also made got my my favorite flowers.

Marvel and DC I applaud you for doing this (Making Green Lantern Gay) and this (Northstar proposing to his boyfriend Kyle in Astonishing X-Men) ...even if it was a publicity stunt.

The only LGBT positive comic I had access to as a early teen was Nowhere girl (I know there are more now, but It was the only one I had access to as a early teen), I think it’s amazing to create diverse comic book role models for kids especially when something like “hate” is programmed when you’re young, lets fill those squishy impressionable little brains with tolerance instead.
