My dog Lizzy died last night. My parents called me today to tell me she passed. Within 24 hours she got really sick, stopped eating, and couldn't hold herself up. The doctor said after multiple tests and x-rays that her liver and kidneys were working really hard and she was probably riddled with cancer. Mom said she waited for Dad and her to get there. The vet called and said she was going to pass soon, and they should come see her. Within 10 minutes of them holding her, she passed. I got the phone call today. I always take my pets for granted. They're little love bundles, and we don't even realize how much they enrich our lives till they're gone. I will miss you Lizzy.

Very sorry to hear about your dog Lizzy. I have two very close neighbors who lost their dogs just last week and they are both still taking it pretty hard. Losing a pet is never easy. Hope you feel better soon and my best regards to you and yours for the loss of Lizzy.
