Thanks for all the replies to my question. I figured most of you here would be open.
I suppose that leaving things ambiguous for now is the best way. It's never been my style to be in-your-face and post explicit photos of myself anywhere so I'm not about to do that on tumblr. It seems like bad taste and a bit sensationalist to start posting nude photos of me on my art blog (desperate for attention perhaps?). I do find it hilarious how many guys messaged me commenting on my hot pic on tumblr and it wasn't even me! How ironic. Maybe if I was to shoot something artistic and classy I might post a photo there but nothing like an SG photo.
As for an update on the polyphasic sleep thing, I've strayed a little, sleeping through the night the last few nights mostly by accident. The week that I did stick to it really helped me catch up on my paintings so I realize how much I could accomplish if I maintained a disciplined routine. I loved how much alone time I had just to sit in silence and work slowly. It was also incredibly revelatory so once my show is finished I will definitely try polyphasic again. I'm really excited to take midnight walks along the ocean, watch the sun set and rise, eat out late at night, spend my days lounging on the beach and working at night. I can imagine having a more dynamic life, one that is more surreal and dreamlike, a constant flow of consciousness.
