Attempting to be vegetarian these days. Would love to say that I'm vegan but I'm really not that strict as long as what I'm eating is organic. Dairy has never been a favorite of mine (unless it's in a cake!) and I'm limiting the amount of wheat I consume (unless it's in a cake!). Damn cakes! Baking at home is out of the question. It's far too dangerous. It's such a habit to order meat when I go out, but I have realized that my favorite parts of my meals are always the veggies. So it's mostly a matter of being more conscious when I'm ordering. I like the playfulness of creating vegan meals at home. So much to experiment with!
