The Cramps show was really bad. It had been up to 100 degrees that day and there was no air conditioning at the Crystal. After the opening bands it took The Cramps 40 minutes to come out on stage and there was no re-entry if you left the building. It was the hottest I have ever been in my life.
I'm drinking cranberry juice right now because I think I may have a UTI.
See you kids later, I have other things to accomplish on may day off.

So, besides the heat and the sucky venue, have the Cramps lost their edge? I'm somewhat of an old fogey - I lost interest in them around 1988. I loved their stuff up until about then.

that's lame that the cramps show sucked, i saw thm when i first moved to p-town, they'll be down here in la la land pretty soon, hopefully it will be air conditioned! it best be, the ticket was $25!!! who else played with them?
