Alright, its been a long ass time since I've updated. I suppose its well overdue!
Me these days:

Things That Have Ended
David and I have separated and are getting divorced. Its neither persons fault. He truly is one of the most amazing people I've ever had the privileged of knowing. I can't imagine anything I'd ever want to change about him. We had a wonderful marriage, and love each other deeply, however our needs are very different. We both tried to sacrifice what we needed to make things work and ultimately realized that wasn't sustainable. I will always love him, and think fondly of our marriage and time together and I wish him the best in his journey, as he does the same for me.
When it came down to it there were a lot of things about who I am that triggered issues for him and that effected his ability to be happy with me. He will find the person that doesn't cause that sort of pain for him though, of that I'm sure.

I love this picture of him. This was him reading to me from his journal while I took a bath at the end of our relationship.

So with that I lovingly say goodbye to David. Its been a wonderful, enlightening ride. You've been there with me through my lowest lows. You're a good man. You will make some woman very lucky. I feel lucky to have shared the 4+ years I shared with you.
Love,
Me
Things That Have Begun
Since the end of our relationship I have met the man I undoubtedly know is my soul mate. We will call him Atom until/unless I get his okay to use his real name on here. Atom is, well.. there are no words. I'm weird. Definitely a different breed. Atom gets me. Me just being my weird ass self doesn't trigger issues for him. He is kind, intelligent, inextricably honest, and funny as shit. So in short, he's perfect. I would say that things are moving fast with Atom, but when its right its right and time no longer applies.
