yesterday I drove up to Mt. Hood for a little sledding action, since the year had yet to bring any snow to Portland proper. Sledding was good fun, although the dog lost two of his boots in the snow and had very cold little feet. So of course I woke up this morning to find that the snow had followed me back. Oh well. It's pretty much gone now, and it wasn't the high-quality snow I found yesterday.
Also rented "Wet Hot American Summer" last night on the recommendation of one of the guys at the video store, who claimed it was an overlooked gem. It was damn funny, although that might have had something to do with that brownie...Reminded me a lot of all my years of summer camp. Ah, the early eighties. Worst clothes ever.
