Man, I am terrible at keeping this thing up to date. Summer is drawing to a near end..boohoo..well at least because I'm going to be starting classes next week!! Technically there's still about a month left of summer.

I'm so freakin nervous about starting school again. I've been out of the loop for a while. But I'm excited too beyond words. It's only temporary I know until I get fed up and say "hey I can't wait for summer vacation!" but then again I'm always looking forward to "summer vacation".

I sadly was not able to make any trips due to my lame boss firing me because I gave her a month's notice in advance that I will be starting school in September. Now in my head I thought she'd be totally cool with letting me work the weekends which is the only time I'll be available but boy what a blow she gave me when she said verbatim..."Well, I'm certainly disappointed. I wish you would have told me sooner. But you gotta do what you gotta do and I know you were thinking about going back to school eventually but I didn't think it would be so soon. But I wish you best of luck and your last check will be mailed out to you. Ohh and I'll need the keys to the office back."......like, wow. Really, a month and a half's notice wasn't soon enough??

But whatever at least I was able to enjoy the month of August. Although the weather has been crap lately. Rainy and cold. Today got a little better. The sun was out and we got some warm weather.

Anyway that's about it. I'm looking forward to Labor Day as it will be the last big hurrah of the summer..then comes winter time and yes I can still party and go out but I'll have to lug around a coat and do coat check at certain places and that's just annoying.

Well I am quite twisted, at the beach, and dancing hardcore salsa with my gay bff..how much more spick can I get lol. I love it!! Hope everyone is enjoying their summer..I certainly am

Ooohh schnapps! So I was just about ready to cry because I thought Italy had lost the game against Paraguay on Monday. But thank the gods or whatever sort of divine being there is, Italy was able to tie the game. I practically yelled my lungs out I was so retardedly happy.

Anywho, I am in full summer mode now. Its getting nicer and warmer by the day and that makes me feel all awesome inside I have big plans this summer...one of which is to quit the hell hole I call my job in August. And take the whole month off and then go back to school and get a new job. It might be easier said than done but I'll manage somehow. I just don't want to stay at my job with my bitchy boss. Especially when all my coworkers who I like are leaving...so it's time I leave too.

Other than that not much else is new. Just in World Cup mode along with the rest of the world..I'm rooting for Italy to be champs again!!

I am sleep deprived! I am running on limited sleep and whatever energy I do have is about to burn out. I have slept maybe a total of 4 hours in the past four days..I think I need to stop partying for a little..at least until the weekend.

On a plus side I am about 98% certain I am going to be able to attend my first choice of schools. So very looking forward to that. And I need a car if I am gonna attend this particular school. So that's a project I'm starting to work on.

I'm ready for the summer. I am in desperate need of beach time. Oh and I am going camping with the family for Memorial Day weekend so this should be interesting since none of us have ever been before but I'm sure it will be a fantastically hilarious time.

I'm not one to take pictures usually but I think I should start, to be able to photo document good times and what I'm up to. I'll try to make this happen. Then my posts can be more snazzy

Oooeee its been a while. I'm laptop-less for a while because my charger decides to stop working on me. Go figure.

I'm applying to schools and will FINALLY be a student again this fall. I'm really excited which is weird because I've never been this excited about school. I guess it must be because I took a really long hiatus and blah blah whatever.

My dad got laid off today because the people at his work are jerks. He had gotten permission from his boss to take Friday off due to a dental emergency. So he goes in today and they call him into the office this morning to tell him that because he was on a four month probationary period he wasn't allowed to take any personal days and sicne he did they had to let him go. What a crock, so I guess even though he did get permission before hand it accounts for nothing? Shit like this gets me sooooo pissed off...I mean its just...

Well I'm on borrowed time sooo that's been my life so far. I'll hopefully get my charger soon because I'm going crazy not having my laptop...

And the last thing I have to say is it needs to stop snowing so damn much!!! I HATE the snow!

I've been neglecting the internet for far more important things. Computer games naturally. I'm kinda addicted to those hidden object, crime scene type of online games so I've been getting on my laptop just to play. I could so be a detective.

The weather has been kinda weird lately. It hasn't been crazy cold. It's actually been kind of nice.

I've also forgotten how to drive sort of. Since I was just learning and then stopped, when I tried again the other night after maybe a month or two I felt like it was my first time trying to drive again. This will not do I gotta get on top of that.

I'm also starting to save up for a new tattoo!! wooo! I'm excited. The last time I got one was maybe 2 years ago. I won't give away what I want to get. I'm hoping to be able to get it as a birthday present to myself (well hopefully sooner but if not, then my goal is to get it by my birthday-ish).

p.s. as part of of my "job" I have to confirm the appointments the doctor has for the following day so I have to call and ask if the people are going to keep the appointment or cancel blah blah blah. so last friday one of the people i called answered very rudely and i was about to get an attitude back when she just broke down and said i'm sorry just cancel my appointment, I'm Haitian and I haven't heard from my family so this really isn't a priority you understand. I literally teared up and spent maybe 15 minutes talking to her. God, what a tragedy...

I do love the holiday season. Especially since I don't have to work retail. Its the most stressful months but gladly I'm not gonna have to deal with that. I need to get some Christmas shopping done but I might not be able to till the week of which might in fact cause me to stress out a lot.

I can't wait for this year to be over. It really has been a shit year and I could do with it all being over and behind me. Not that that means everything will be erased or anything but at least a new year means a new clean slate and I will finally be able to go back to frickin school come the Fall semester. Hurrah for me. Lawd knows I need a distraction and to be around completely new people.
