I was in a car crash last week. We were all fine, but it's pretty scary stuff. That was my first real car accident so the experience is all new to me. Vanessa was driving and I was in the passanger seat. We are waiting at a green light to make a left turn when someone coming from the other direction ran a red light and hit us going about 50 mph. They didn't even leav skid marks...just reamed into us. The impact spun our car all the way around and left us in shock. My muscles were sooo tight yesterday so I went to get a tai massage (my favorite). My sholders hurt the worst, but relaxed the easiest. It seamed strange to me that she found a huge knot in my elbo that just wouldn't quit. I didn't even know it was there. She probably spent a good 20 on my elbo. haha. I love tai massage. anyway, I still feel tight so I'm going to try out some accupuncture today for the first time. I've herd it's amazing. Well, what i'm really trying to get at is....who wants to rub my elbo???

Good to know that you are alright! i was only in one car crash once. It was my fault though... whatever I've never received a thai massage before...is it different than normal massage? I guess it would be or there would be no reason to refer to it as. "thai massage". Anywayz I know some, "Joey Massage" if your down with that biggrin

and I hope that you recover quickly. I've never tried accupuncture. but I'm a big believer in massage. I've heard about Thai Massage, but I don't know if anyone around here does that. What is it? kiss kiss

Tai massage is so great because it involves yoga type stretching...but they stretch you! Stretching is a natural way to release tension in your muscles, but they massage you at the same time. This time, they rubbed herb oil in really sore areas to help even more. I felt tingly and cold for about an hour....I hightly recommend it.

Glad you're OK... And I am certain you'll have no shortage of elbow rubbers, but add me to the list in case the other people ahead of me tire out and you need a backup elbow rubber. smile

My back has actually been acting up from it this weekend. Some stretching and massage is always a welcome remedy smile
