After not sleeping well... i'm here again hehehe i have tried everything what you say but anything worked

, finally i drink a cup of hot milk with sugar and i guess it helps a little!!!

Hmmm how long have you been sleepless?

It des not always work, but sometimes when I cannot get to sleep I do breathing exercises. Breath in to the count of 10, and then out to 7. Keep doing this until your breaths are longer and more drawn out. Usually for me it helps take the edge off.

I had few weeks like that too, with dificulty too sleep. I start making some exercise before bed . It helps a lot (and natural calming pills too) .
