Hey everyone! Sorry I hadn't updated in awhile, it's been a busy week. Let's do a numbered update this time.

1. I'm selling prints! When I was going through some of my stuff, I found some prints I had that I hadn't sold last time I did a print sale. I'm going to sell them now, because the extra money would be extremely helpful for buying Christmas presents for my friends and loved ones, as I don't have much extra in my budget for that now. I'll be doing two rounds. Prints are $25 each, and all signed. There's only one each of these, just FYI. First three for sale are in the spoiler!

Print the Third:

2. My guilt complex is so ridiculous that I somehow feel guilty selling prints. IDK what's up with that.

3. I finally got food stamps! I had been applying since August, but because of a mistake on their end and the generally long application wait hadn't had an appointment until today. I went in at 10 and left at 11:30 with my food stamps card, which will have money in it on Thursday. It basically covers our entire food budget for the month, so it's a HUGE help and a weight off my shoulders. I look forward to being silently judged on my food purchases by assholes at the grocery store!

4. AmeriCorps VISTA continues to be...frustrating. But I talked to my boss about giving me clearer assignments and at least I actually have stuff to do every day now. Most times, at least. It's frustrating that my year of service so far hasn't been that great, but it happens. I'd write more about my thoughts on it, but I've journaled about it a lot elsewhere and honestly going back over the things I'm unhappy with is kind of exhausting.

5. My Thanksgiving was fantastic. Daniel made a delicious turkey, along with mashed potatoes, corn, and cornbread and we had a great meal! I love dating a cook.

Ok, so I need to get my monies in order then I will get a print shortly. Now, here is the weird thing on my end-I feel weird buying naked prints from a friend because then I think I'm being silently judged as a creepy. hehe.

I totally forgot to PM you re:wave. I will get on that ASAP.

_margot_, I silently judge you as a great friend, because you will save that print from being bought by a dirty old man like me.

Most likely the assholes at the grocery store will also be using their food cards, but will be envying your smart food choices and the awesome dinner that you're going to turn them into.

Great new interactive and article from the NYT showing who's using food stamps now. Short answer: everybody! Bon appetit.

What was the deal in the 3rd print? What was that for? Proof? I must have missed that. Very tempting...

Um, I'd certainly be very interested in purchasing the first two if they haven't already sold.

I love #2!!! lovelovelovelove
I think the demand shall outweigh your supply!! I'd buy #2 if it was still available.

they don't care... they see hundreds of people pass in front of `em.
also, if it's like it is in my state, you'll have a card, so most of it's done electronically.

It's good to hear that your holiday was nice; I had my first thanksgiving out on the future in-laws family farm this year, and it was a great time with a metric fuck-ton of gut-busting food.

I didn't even catch Olaf's comment on here.

It would be one,but it would be when I got back around the 18th. If someone snatches it up first b/c they can pay quicker, go ahead.
