Life is complicated and confusing and I'm won't try to claim it ever becomes otherwise. Time passes by at a deceptively fast rate that's extremely difficult to grasp when you're young. It's important not to delay choices indefinitely - we never know how long our time here is going to last and life is meant to be lived. We all make mistakes, no matter how cautious we try to be. When mistakes occur, try to see them as learning opportunities rather than indicators of fatal flaws. Always keep in mind that there is no set of magically correct choices that will lead to an easy, uncomplicated life, so beating yourself up for failing to find that perfect set of choices is irrational and self-defeating. Just try to use knowledge of past outcomes to make better choices in the future.

I'm having a similar problem - i keep overanalysing everything I say or do in case it goes wrong, looking for problems. Always here to talk/take your mind off things.

I think it's worth realizing that you never control the outcome anyway. We spend all this mental energy trying to figure out what action we can take to produce the outcome we want, but usually things go in a different direction anyway, don't they? So you might as well stop trying to get the ball in the corner pocket and just do the actions that are in keeping with who you want to be, even if you don't know what the result of doing them will be. Leave the complexity to take care of itself.

I can't even tell my wrong decisions from my right ones anymore. So I stopped sweatin' them. Works for me.
