Little buddies!

Speaking of the little buddy, he gave us quite a scare yesterday. Somehow, while I was in the shower, he managed to get ahold of a package of semi-sweet chocolate chips and ate nearly the whole thing! Luckily, he was able to puke most of it up on his own, but we took him to the emergency vet clinic where they induced some more vomiting and gave him some activated charcoal. His heart rate was extremely elevated, so they kept him there to monitor him but it went down enough for us to take him home around midnight. I stayed up with him pretty much all night, so I'm pretty damn exhausted. He, on the other hand, is basically back to normal- chasing cats, napping on my lap, chewing on any stray article of clothing he can find. It's amazing that he's recovered so well and so quickly considering his size (he's only 14.5 lbs) and the massive amount of chocolate he ate. I have dubbed him The Easter Feaster.

My bff, GiGi_LaRoux moved to Columbus today. It makes me sad, but I'm glad she's trying something different, and I think it will be a nice change of pace for her. I'm also excited for frequent road trips! This past week, we visited our old place of employment. Ahhh mammaries...I mean memories.
