I'm finally back in school. I'm so excited, and I really like my new school.

Unfortuantely, I have to be 6 hours away from my fiance.

Maybe now that I'm back in school I'll have more interesting things to post.

This past weekend was the Jacksonville Tattoo Convention.

We had an SG booth.....which was a new experience for me. I sat behind a booth with about 7 SG's I think. The best night was Friday when we hung out at a club.
It sucked not getting a tattoo this weekend.

Everything has changed! I can't believe I've stayed away for so long that i don't even know how to navigate around my own page!

Shame!

I haven't updated since my engagement. We're trying to plan the wedding now, which is weird and very difficult. The only thing we have planned so far is that we're getting married in September of 2007. The details are ridiculous. He's offered to plan the whole thing himself, but I really don't want that.

I got a new job. I don't have much to say about it except that it's totally different from anything I've ever done. I'm working in a call center. It pays well, but I don't know if I like it yet. Everyday I deal with angry people.

My beloved cat Hannah passed away on May 23. It was crushing. I miss her terribly. But, I still have 2 cats.

Once again, I plan on going back to school in September. I've been off for a year now.

I've been neglecting my journal, but I have been reading your comments, so forgive me for not responding to alot of you. I've had alot going on.

The big news is...I'm engaged.

That's the most positive thing that's happened so far this year. Secondly, my fiance's sister and her husband finally moved out!

They were staying with us while their house was being built. Originally, they were only supposed to stay for about 2 months. That turned into 6 months. It got worse and worse as their stay continued.

But that's all over with now. We just have to get the house back in order.

I need to go back to school. I miss it so much. I hope I'm better by the time a summer quarter begins. I'm so stressed right now. Stress is a bitch.

Hmmmm what else is new? Oh I cut all my hair off. I pretty much took the clippers and shaved it off. Yup.

It's only February, I hope the year continues to get better as it goes. How's everyone's year been going so far?

My boyfriend and I were talking the other day about weird things we did as a kid. Having that discussion flooded my brain with memories.


* In elementary school, I used to sit in front of a mirror and cut the tip of my tongue with scissors. I don't know where I got the idea from or why it was so exciting. I was like...8 years old. The tip of my tongue was always raw.

* If the sky was cloudy when I woke up in the morning for school, I KNEW it would be a good day. I still feel that way. I love dark days. If it's gloomy outside, it makes me smile

*When I was 5, I hopped all over my grandma's sectional while holding a pencil. Ma always said to never run with sharp objects. She was right. I walked up to her in the kitchen to show her the pencil sticking out of my stomach. I still have the scar next to my belly button. I thought it was funny.

*When my ma finally started allowing me to use public bathrooms by myself, I refused to flush the toilets because the noise terrifed me and I thought it would eat me. If I did flush it, I'd run out of the bathroom as soon as I could on the verge of tears.

*After watching Michael Jackson's Thriller a billion times at the age of 4, I had nightmares and swore to my parents that Michael came into my room with zombies, covered me in my bed with a plastic sheet, and sprayed "Thriller" on it. But I refused to stop watching that video even though it scared me.

Of course there's more, but I think I've shared enough. I'm sure you've all done some really weird things while growing up too.

I've been meaning to do this for over a month now. Thank you to EVERYONE who wished me a Happy Birthday back in October. It was an awesome birthday. My boy took me to Daytona Beach for the weekend. We had a fancy dinner on the 29th story of a hotel, and then we found a couple of strip clubs.

It's December 5th, and I feel as if I've accomplished nothing.

I'd like to fill this space with an infinite number of complaints about the things around me. But that's just fucking annoying. Then again, that's what a journal is for.

One thing I will complain about is my boyfriend's sister and brother-in-law. They've been living with us since September. They were supposed to be here for 2 months while their house is being built. Well they're now staying through January! We live in a 3 bedroom, 1 level home. That's small for 2 adult couples. The house is always a mess, and my boyfriend's brother-in-law is a loud mouth and a know-it-all! Not to mention he's also chauvinistic. I'm so stressed! I'm only working 2 days a week now, and I have lost all ambition to do anything productive.

My head is so fogged that I can't even read a magazine article without stopping and rereading it a few times. I miss college. I have about 2 years to finish. I don't even know why I haven't taken the steps to enroll again.

I'm pretty sure I'll be coming home for Christmas. The boy's sister and her husband have invited their friends to our house for the holidays. If we stay, there will be 6 people in the house. There's no way I'm going to deal with that. We're even bringing the kitty with us to Milwaukee.

I have now moved all of my belongings to Georgia. But it will only be for 3 years.

It was good to go home to Milwaukee. It was incredibly stressful, but I missed the weather, the shopping, my car, knowing what clubs to go to, and my friends.

You have no idea how small the city is that I currently reside in. I'm sloooooooowly adjusting.

Thanks for the comments about my nightmare of my teeth falling out. I guess it does make sense that it would mean I'm afraid of losing something.

My boy's getting me a new tattoo for my birthday! He's such a good boy.

I didn't realize that it's been a month since I've updated.

I need a short manual on how to adjust to big changes in a healthy manner.

I've got a quick little temper these days.

Holy Man Alive!

I'm going home in a week! I can't wait to see my friends and go out. I can't wait to go shopping. The only thing that I'm stressing about is family drama that I'll have to deal with.

I'm going back to pack up and move all my stuff permanently down here to Geogia. Since I'll be home, it seems like a few people have an agenda for me. Especially my grandma.

Random information:

---Working at a porn store is ruining my sex life. Never thought that would happen! I'm just not excited or as spontaneous anymore. I've got to fix that!

---I got in a big fight with my mom.

---I'm bored, I need a project.

---I've gained 11 lbs. since I moved here.

---I had a dream last night that some of my teeth fell out.

---I visited the Savannah College of Art and Design last week, and there were bugs EVERYWHERE!

---I hate bugs!

---I missed the Paul Frank sale on the cucumbersandwich.com!

About the kitty-------

Thanks for all of th well wishes to my kitty. She's doing perfectly well now.

I took Hannah to the vet over a week ago because she suddenly stopped enjoying life and could barely meow. Turns out that she had a fever of 105 degrees!

Poor baby. She was dehydrated, so they gave her fluids and gave me an antibiotic for her. She's runnning around and tearing through the house as usual now. I think we also got rid of her fleas. The vet told me she had them because of the dots they saw on the paper. I had no idea.

I freaked out and went that night to buy carpet flea powder, spray, and flea shampoo. I go ballistic if anything involving bugs interrupts my life.

My coworkers told me all these horror stories about their cats having fleas and getting infested. So I took action. All though they told me if it were bad, I would have been bitten by now. I haven't been, but it doesn't hurt to take precautions.


Sex--------

I'm excited my boy is coming home in a week. Yayyy! Now I can have sex! Lots of it.

Job-----

That drive to Jacksonville really kills sometimes. And no matter what job hires you and tells you there's a "no drama" policy, it's always going to be bullshit. What do you think goes on in a porn store full of female employees. I'm glad I'm anti-drama and I just stand there and observe. I do miss working with guys

I think my hannah-banana is sick! I don't know what a sick cat looks like or acts like. But she has this toy that she refuses to live without, and she runs around the house all day. Now for the last 4 days she's been sleeping all day. She lies down everywhere, and barely moves. I can't even get her to play with her toys. I think she feels warmer than usual too. Poor thing. I think I'll take her to the doc tomorrow.
