It's been a day full of thought for me. I've been thinking about where I want to be, and realized that I needed to make a lot of changes to get there. I've decided that C.H.A.N.G.E. pretty much sums it up:

Cerebral-
state of mind is everything. mind over matter. i can. and i will.
Health-
mentally, emotionally and physically, i will ensure that what i put into my body is good for me.
Awareness-
such a vast concept. knowing is necessary for understanding and expanding.
Name-
i am who i am, and i will happily be such.
Gratitude-
give all that you can, take only what you need. my motto and my motivation.
Environment-
surround yourself with the positive, in every possible way. improve upon the negative.

50 dollars worth of produce, 2 hours worth of of TEDTalks, and 10 gallons worth of gas spent cruising thoughtfully- worth it.
...beyond measure.
