My dog bit a porcupine and got a face-full of quills! I had to take him and the neighbours dog to the vet. Also, did you know that when a dog is freaking out and whipping his head around side to side with quills sticking out of his face...that you should stay back? I learned this recently...turns out, the quills are pokey from the otherside too.
Oh, and watching your dog get shot up with demerol is hillarious. I swear I just saw him smile.

Step 3 complete of Operation get a set accepted.
My new set has been accepted for member review I'm queued to go up any day now for all of you to have a look at. Oh but don't forget if you're scanning through them that I've submitted 120 photos in total, and for some reason when you put up more than 50 or so, it starts a page two. SO when you're looking at the thumbnail pics you'll see in the top right, a little page1/ page2 button.....don't forget to check out the pics on page 2! That's where all the good one's are ! haha

(Wanted to say....I'm so excited! My set has been submitted

Part 1 of operation Get a new SG photoshoot accepted is complete. I think we did really well and I have a great feeling about this shoot. The quality is way better than my self-shot and I think that the more sets I shoot, the more confident I get in front of the camera....that is something that really shows in a photo.

ANyway, you should all be seeing my pics soon....I'll be submitting them for member review as soon as I finish resizing them all. I'm not going to do any photo editing at all though when it comes to retouching etc....I think it will be liberating not to hide any of my flaws.
...well ...we'll see haha.

So once again thank you everyone for being so supportive and hopefully this will be the one that goes live.

The photographer that did my 2 sets "Snowbed" and "Ruffle" is shooting me in 4 days! Woo Hoo!!
We shot a set last year that got rejected and it was a HUGE amount of work...I think he's been gun shy to work with me since then. So fingers crossed, but I think i have a solid chance at an accepted set!

In other news, I LOVE my new apt. I have my PS3 (I'm a huge gta junkie hooked up, I have my desk and all my drawing stuff all finally organized by my window that overlooks the lake, and I'm getting a new rescue ferret in 5 days lol that probably sounds more like he saves people and rescues them from out in the snow, but sadly no..he's homeless. Well not anymore, my ferrets sleep in bed with me and have the luxury of white silk sheets every night...I'm hoping he adjusts well
I was supposed to have him by now...there was a bit of drama but he should be safe and warm in his new home before the week is over

Also, happy Canada day and 4th of July to all of us in North America. And for those of you who ventured to Toronto for Pride I hope you had a great weekend

So I'm going back to my GTA addiction now....53% through the game and counting...
