I needed to start again too Been teasing with 20 minutes once or twice a week, gotta move my ass more. Elliptical just sitting there taunting me... so yeah, two miles... had to break it up though, take a couple of breaks. Still recovering from the physical stress of almost dying a few months ago.
oh i sure will dont worry about that. its jsut matter of what imgetting where i get it and how much. lol i have soooo many ideas. just dont know which one to get 1st.
