Oh... So busy, I had an audition today for a sci-fi thing. I guess it went ok, we'll see. Since doing the video I have been getting asked to do other things, that is kind of cool.

I'm stealing a little time here to write before I head over to rehearsal for a live show we have the end of the month.

In other news scouting out locations for a music video I am working on. I have most of it but still need to nail down two locations. Anyone know anyone who owns such a location in Phoenix, AZ?

I need a really opulent house. Someplace with overstated large scale furniture and general elegance, or a super modern elegant giant house.

I need a really gothic house (room) with a fancy sofa

Not in love with any of the clubs I have seen, so I need a nightclub or art gallery with a stage to film in. Need each of these locations for about 5-7 hours.

If you know someone who owns such a place and would be cool with some naked or semi naked girls in their house please message me. I'm running out of time and really would like the locations to be top notch, I feel very "plan B" about the places I presently have.

In other news, been busy working on a new show for the end of the month and might be involved in another video.

I went out shooting today and blew up a bunch of Tannerite. Always a good time. I have video if I can get it edited and uploaded someplace. I also got the rough cut (no effects and not approved by the director yet) of the video I did. once I have permission I'll upload it for you all to see

We had to do so many takes because we needed to do regular speed, slow motion, my perspective, her perspective, across the street, in front of the street etc. It was funny it was all filmed on Hollywood Blvd so we ended up having an audience for a lot of it.

So all of this makes sense, in the video, I play the roll of Caitlin, a seriously fucked up girl who came to Hollywood with dreams of being a star. Instead Hollywood ate me up and spat me out. My character begins hooking and develops a hefty drug addiction. While fighting with a john one night my costar Corey, a lesbian runaway sees me and falls in love, thinking she can save me. After a brief romance, I begin lying to her and keep turning tricks to support my drug habit. Corey finds out and we have an argument on the boulevard. Later, after some cooling off, Corey comes to my motel room to find me and we fight and then have wild girly sex again (I have so much sex in this video, lol ). After she leaves, I decide I'm a really fucked up person and I kill myself.

I'm so glad to be home!! My comfortable bed, my quiet neighborhood and the noticeable lack of crazy homeless people around my part of town is kind of nice. Yes, I said it, I'm a heartless bitch, I'm glad there are no homeless people in my part of town, and if there were I would be very happy if they got moved on along to someplace else. After a week filming in downtown Hollywood I've had my share of bums and I'm totally unsympathetic. I had a lot of time between shots to stand around and talk to people. We had our share of homeless people bothering us while filming and after trying to converse with them, I can say with certainty that every one of the ones I talked to was worthless. Drug problems, alcohol problems, mental problems, whatever their problems they all were behaving in a very manipulative manner, trying to take our stuff and trying to make me give them more and more money, and were completely uninterested in any form of help. There has to be some point where the sympathy runs out. There has to be a point where we can't forgive behavior, mental illness or not. Is asshole a mental illness? Maybe, maybe not, but regardless it doesn't mean I have to like someone and those bums there were not people I liked at all. I'm sure there may be an exception here and there, but not any of the ones I met, the ones I met there were really the dregs of society.

I also met a few "I'll make you rich, you're a star" Hollywood CHEEZESTERS! And MY GOD!! It was insane! These people are such a joke. Like every cliche you have ever seen about Hollywood was there in life wandering around. We did a lot of filming there on the strip so I had a LOT of time between shots to take in a LOT. Just bad, is all I can say. I do enjoy acting and am not even half bad at it, but that whole "Hollywood" thing is maybe a little more than I have the stomach for. I just wanted to laugh at almost everyone who approached me and say "Are you for real?".

My costars were all very cool though and I liked the film crew and the director. I hope the video comes out awesome! It was shot in HD and what they showed us looked pretty darn good.

I'm in Hollywood filming a music video this week. My poor feet hurt from all of the standing around in uncomfortable shoes. I have a lesbian sex scene to shoot still tonight but people are partaking in some weed at the moment and I'm not really so into that sort of thing, so I'm hanging out in my motel room with my son instead. I have to say this place is just yuck (Hollywood I mean). I think I have oficially become old. When given the choice to party with some cool people or hang out with my kid, I choose my kid, hands down, granted he is a pretty fucking cool kid. And I am completely unimpressed with everything here. I am staying on the strip and the motel repulses me. I bought a can of Lysol the moment I checked in and doused the whole room, lol. See, old. And my patience with bums asking me for money is gone. I am kind of looking forward to going home to my nice house and my bum free neighborhood. I'm such a princess on my hill and I don't care.

I took some photos last night. They were supposed to do some double duty for the SG Hot Rods group and something else private I have going on. Sadly, the person I handed my camera to, was not familliar with my camera and light set up and the photos came out seriously underexposed. I brightened them up as much as I could and figured I'd share them with you here. I'll have to reshoot for my other project later

I have decided I don't like having extension cords running across my yard to my pond and decided it was time to properly run some real wires out there and a nice outdoor outlet box to plug the lights and pump into.

So far I have conduit halfway mounted along the side of the house and a few outlets installed. It was cold and rainy today and I am in a worse than usual mood, probably a lack of caffeine combined with cold and the godawful trip to Home Depot. Anyone who has read my journal for any amount of time knows how much I loathe the place, but Lowe's is a LOT farther, and people in Arizona forget how to drive when it rains. I Hate Home Depot because when I go during the week, I get hit on by customers and employees. I dress like a homeless person, $3 Walgreen's "Irregular" sweatpants, and whatever rags I have in my "stuff for working on the car drawer" which usually consists of various free T shirts I get with stupid company logos and always in a size large or XL, my nasty ratty sneakers and no socks with my hair greasy and yuck and tied up in a very careless manner and no make up and I still get hit on. It gets on my nerves because I go through the self check out, because I really am very much ok with being left alone, and then some employee will decide I need help out to my car with my ONE FUCKING BAG. Then he will hit on me and hang out and try and have personal conversations with me, and I am just not in the mood, usually I would like to get in get out and get back to my project before the day ends. And of course, I can't be there buying concrete, which really isn't difficult, I can totally pick it out myself, without having 50 people try to help me, and again then try and have a conversation with me over in building materials, and ask me out for dinner even after I let them know I am with someone. If I go on the weekend with my guy, who does an excellent job of keeping the "extra help" away, I get no help what so ever and have a gazillion fuckers to deal with and have to wait 45 min in paint if I need anything from that department since it all needs to be mixed or unlocked from the stupid cages. So yeah, that is just too annoying.

As it is, electricity is not my strong suit. As a matter of fact, it confounds and scares me a little, but I want my wiring to my pond to not be ghetto and right now I just pruned my grapes and roses back so I can actually get to the part of the house I need to mount the conduit to and I can get to the box on the wall without getting a rose bush in my ass.

I drew up a diagram of what I needed and what I plan to do, ran it by someone who is much more electriclly inclined than I am for advice and guidance and made a list, but I had an issue with the price of the L brackets. A straight coupler is 5 for $2.90 practically the same thing with a bend in it is $4.89 for 1 WHY? I needed 8 of them and was offended by the price difference. It just doesn't even seem right. I just wanted to ask where a pipe bender was or if there was a less expensive option for the L's. The 3/4" L's also were less expensive. It just didn't make sense to me. For the difference in price between the 1/2" L and anything else I would think the thing would vibrate or go down on me or something. I just wanted to ask a simple question and I got no help, or kind of rude shitty help. It was older guy who was at least not hitting on me, but he was not taking my complaint about the price seriously and acted like I was shitty for asking why it was $4.30 more expensive for the bent thing than for the straight one when aside from the bend it was essentially the same product. If he had said "I don't know" or "let me make sure that is not a box price" or something would have been cool, but he gave me a sarcastic shitty "deal with it" answer and walked away. After 2 hours at the stupid Home Depot, I finally gathered everything I needed and found a marked down box of the right gauge of wiring. It said "opened" as the reason for the mark down, but was taped up by Home Depot. When I got home what was supposed to be 25 feet of wire ended up being 5 feet of wire all covered in dried blood. I bought a roll of 100 feet of wire as well, so I got done what I could, but need to go back tomorrow and get my $10 back for the bloody wire and then get a real 25 feet of wire to finish up. Hopefully then it will be time to connect everything to the house current. So, if I never write again, you know what happened to me

I think I have it all right though, and it looks very nice so far and not ghetto like the extension cords. I also planted flowers, a new pepper tree and a few shrubs around. Keeping busy as usual.
