Wow, what a fuckin mess. I live in DC now and I am in law enforcement, but I grew up in Phoenix and I am no fan of Phoenix PD. One time my then-girlfriend got pulled over by Phx PD for speeding and got propositioned. This one shit bag cop said he could give her a ticket or they could "make other arrangements". So we filed a complaint and guess who came to investigate it. The shit cops Sergeant, who turns out was on the scene when the scum bag made the original comment. Like sending a bank robber to investigate his own bank robbery. I've spent the last 8 years in law enforcement and it infuriates me when these fuckers give us all a bad name. I hope your situation improves. Sorry, we're not all ass-holes.

And don't worry about the money cuz when you tell a good lawyer what happened, he/she will be MORE that happy to sue the fuck out of the city and that crazy bitch! The police have NO right to enter your home unless they have;A. Reason to believe that a crime is or has taken place(I'm assuming that your dog didn't RAPE her's) or B. Well, you lost a little sympathy when you mentioned you now don't even have sympathy for police officers who get shot, that was little over the top. But, I agree with you that there are some police officers who misuse whatever power their badge gives them. Once, when I was 11 or 12, some one stole three mountain bikes we had in the garage, at the time, the garage door lock didn't work too well. My Dad reported it and the police came by and took a report. Things wrapped up and my Dad heade back inside. As soon as he was out of sight, the police officer turns in front of me, blocking me going insdie behind my Dad and then stares at me HARD! like he was trying to burn a hole threw my head, and starts asking me if I know what really happened to our bikes saying that maybe they were sold for drugs or something, he didn't come right out and accuse me but, even I clearly got the impression that was what he meant. I told him I had no idea what had happened to the bikes, that like I had said, I came home from school, went to get my bike so I could ride with my friends and the garage was open and the bikes were all gone. I started heading towards the house and the officer folded his arms and took a defiant stance so I stopped. He then stared hard at me again and said something like, "well, I guess we'll never know for sure" and then finally got in his car and took off. I told my parents and they called and complained to the police station, I have no idea if the police officer was ever reprimanded.

It's not just Phoenix sweetie. I think Arizona has an accelerated dickface program for the police department here as well. My lawyer used to have a field day filing suits against these fuckers. I strongly advise you to talk to your lawyer, go after the evil bitch in a civil case for the puppy, as well as the harrassment and trespassing.
I hope you get this resolved. Go to the media, call Sherriff Joe, whatever you have to do to get this horseshit moved into the light of day. Good luck

Sorry you've had so much crap to deal with hon! I agree with Salome, tho, you need to file an official complaint with the internal affairs division and get a paper trail started. Document EVERYTHING you can! And I'd look into filing civil suits against both the crazy lady and the police as well!

It isn't just Phoenix. I had an 2 employees get assaulted or threatened and the police didnt do shit. The one girl was a tiny little thing with an abusive boyfriend about 13 years older than her. He was drunk one night and asked her to come pick him up from a party. Once he got into the car he kicked her out and he and his friend proceeded to beat the crap out of her. He then drove off, leaving her in the middle of nowhere outside of Albuquerque with no cell phone or purse since she had left them on the seat of the car. She walked to the nearest hospital and called the police. The police came and told her it was HER fault for getting out of the car and leaving her things with him and they had no idea why she had called them since this was obviously and issue between her and her boyfriend, not their business. She came in to work that day scratched, bruised and a total mess.

Yet another emloyee was threatened by a customer since she wouldn't let him return his glasses that had obviously been stepped on. He looked at her and made a "gun" with his fingers and told her "Watch out, when you're not looking, bang bang, you're dead." There were employees from other stores that saw this and she called mall security and the police and he was told not to return to the store. He came back later and threatened her again, which many people could attest to, yet the police and mall security said was impossible and that she must be lying. I went with her and told them in no uncertain terms that she had been threatened and they were to walk her to her car every night and that if they didn't and she got killed, her death would be on their heads.

Gah.

Sorry, stupidly long post. I agree with you about the cops. I can't say I'd be glad that anyone gets killed, but I understand the feeling. I'm so sorry you had to go through so much shit.

call the local radio and tv stations, tell them what happened, and go to the department and file a complaint.

also, get papers ready to sue the psycho.

These are some of the worst things I've heard in a long time. I don't understand why you would even want to live there after what happened. Your tax dollars sure aren't being used to serve and protect yourself, or your son, so you should probably be paying them somewhere else.
