On a separate note of my last post about paranormal activity incident, since a it came up a few times.
I want to discuss, PS which is called Sleep Paralysis, Waking Nightmares, Sleep Hag.

If you go to YouTube and put in Sleep Paralysis, you will find that you are definitely not alone if you ever woke up in the middle of the night, and found that you were temporarily unable to move or speak in any way but were aware of your surroundings, and yes at times felt a presence or even saw one!

there are also a ton of stories and personal accounts online, I especially like the lay out of this site
for SP

Lately i have had this on my mind and find it hard to fall asleep or fall back asleep with worry that this night might be the night it happens again, I kid you not, sincere dread! it can be that scary!
to the point where i want to take sleeping aids to get me through the entire night.

I and my mother have both encountered Sleep Paralysis, I have about 3 or 4 times, But one time in particualr about 2 years ago was most terrifying. I may have posted about it here back then.

Just wanted you to know there are some answers out there and that you are not alone.

wow, i went through a period during my early 20's when this was a serious issue for me. the sp usually was paired with a aural hallucination- like the sound of a train or wind. it was terrifying at first, but eventually it happened so often that i became accustomed to it and even tried to relax through it. at first, though, i was convince i was either being abducted by aliens or suffering from a brain tumor! can't wait to read your links.

Yes, SP is quite common but can be very frightening nonetheless. Here's another source of information people can share.

Yay, I believe that you did experience something. I'm definitely do now know everything about everything, so there is always the possibility. besides, I've seen things a time or two...

Ooo, SP is nasty. I have a hard enough time with night terrors almost every night as it is. Well, I am sending you all the happy nighttime thoughts I can.

Oh, and I love love love how your back piece turned out. That is so amazing.
